Deposit Policy: A non-postponable & non-refundable 30% deposit is required for all bookings. Deposits are payable via Interac e-Transfer or through my Throne or Wishtender.

Cancellation policy: To avoid last minute cancellations and no-shows, I request a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 30% upon booking. If you need to cancel and rebook, you will need to provide a new deposit. To guarantee my availability, it is highly recommended that you book and confirm our date in advance, preferably 2-3 days beforehand. In case you plan to book at the last minute date in Ottawa, please note that I require a deposit to be confirmed at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before our scheduled date. I do not respond to last-minute date invitations while on tour.
